User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Our platform facilitates payments between brands and content creators. Payment terms are established for each campaign and may vary based on campaign requirements and performance metrics.

- Platform fees and revenue sharing terms are disclosed upfront
- Tax responsibilities remain with individual users
- Disputed payments will be handled according to our dispute resolution process
Platform Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Perform maintenance and updates as necessary
- Update these Terms with advance notification
- Implement new features and functionality
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Numan is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
